So here I am sitting in Lancashire with a discovery which has an air suspension fault. I thought I would recalibrate the rear air shocks but unable to find my way into the correct part of the software. I thought a quick call to britpart would sort things out but 7 numbers later , no one has been able to help. Not a great start with this diagnostic tool.

Britpart is only the supplier they know nothing about the tool, lynx is made by omitech the manufacturers of testbook T4 main dealer tool and hawkeye too, i've comunicated with them when i was new to my hawkeye and they were helpfull, for lynx that's the contact E-mail: [email protected]

anyway i presume it's the same protocol as hawkeye so you should get into a ABS 0r Chassis - SLS - calibration menu , support the body with two jacks or from the towbar to the desired level if you are on plain/even ground(that's instead of the calibration blocks cos as i presume you dont have them) then prompt yes when it asks if calibration blocks ar fitted and it will store that height in the ECU, that's all

Cheers. Finally managed to get the air suspension working again. Frustrated by the lack of lynx support but I will use that email as you suggest for future problems.

That's funny Sierra ferry because I just got a message back from bearmach (hawkeye).. I asked if the hawkeye came with the necessary cables to recalibrate the suspension and the person said you cannot recalibrate it with hawkeye. I tend to believe you though.

I recalibrated SLS with my hawkeye not once... and no adaptor is needed for the D2... though maybe the Total can't do that as i have the early version
