hi sorry . ive only just noticed your post.i found that it seemed to flash the m and s lights if i turned off the ignition and turned it back on again quickly , when it did this i found switching off the ignition for about 5 minutes and then turning on again would reset the lights as i make a point of doing this ie not switching ignition on shortly after switching it off i have had no problems

      Howdy,

Didnt need to do mine in the end. So i couldnt tell you. But i did have a looksee at how to do it. I think your gonna have to take the rotor filter out the way, but thats simple. And ull need to empty the coolant out an orl. I hate bleeding systems so thats the bit that would annoy me. And then its just five bolts for the water pump casing and ur in there like swimwear. then reverse said operation and hope you aint got any bolts left.

      Good luck

Hi steve,i have just been told to unwrap an early birthday present, and its a haynes workshop manual, the horns was one of many to do jobs that i keep hinting for my old man to do,but bigger jobs came up and he's so busy with work. Now i can have a bash,First to do is replace washer pump, trying this on saturday. The manual says to remove the radiator grill to get to the horns, picture is very dark but it looks like its to the left of the rad.Hope its correct, sorry if not, hope you had as much fun in the snow as i did,mud is my next goal.TD5 disco 1999.
