Breaking Freelander TD4 ES - All parts available

Breaking TD4 Freelander. 2001 MY, genuine 56k miles. Can be seen/heard running. IRD + rear diff are in perfect working order, as is the Viscous Coupling.
Many new parts fitted, inc alternator, and clutch/DMF

Many extras including Heated Leather seats, soft A-Bar with spotlights, 6 disc CD changer, 16" alloys wheels, all with nearly new tyres.

All electrics work, including ALL window regulators and door latches, power fold mirrors

can I ask why yer breaking it rather than selling it complete?

Failed its MOT pretty bad. Had around £1500 spent on it in the last 18 months, and can't justify spending anymore money on it.
Could sell it whole, but its worth more in bits, and need to recoup as much cash as possible to get my Disco 3 back on the road...

What's the wheels and tyres like? How much you after for them?

Sunroof makes a clicking noise as it closes, so I presume its worn...
