Breaking 300tdi Disco

Slowly breaking this for parts, some parts aren't available unfortunately which I will list below, if it comes off easily then I'll be able to get it to you quickly, if not it may take a while as I'm working at the olympics and not at home very often

Located in Rugby, CV23



Parts already gone or what I'm keeping are,

- Engine, rad, airbox, etc
- Gearbox & transfer box
- Axles & diffs etc

I think its XS spec or something like that, has leccy windows all round, all 4 central locking motors work, bodywork is straight but covered in bird ****, interior is the tan coloured cloth one and seems ok. Boot don't open but its straight enough and doesn't seem particularly rusty (if you want it you'll have to take it off, I haven't a clue how short of grinding the hinges off or something)

Happy to post or courier bits within reason

I'm in no rush to get this gone (its hidden away at work) so if you see this thread in three months time I've probably still got it

Are the shocks and springs standard?
Husband wants to see how my/our 300 tdi sits on standard suspension with his desert track tyres, rather than with the 2in lift it has now. Some helpful person disposed of the standard ones he took off less than a year ago, and as an experiment, doesn't want to spend 500 quid on a set that may not look right! No hurry for them tho, I think his weekends are full til end of August anyway!

How much for a n/s window mechanism, both side mirrors and can you send in post.

hi, I need a tan roof lining and sun visors.

I'm in need of the catch on the rear seat that locks it in place, not the whole mechanism, just the 'D' shaped bit that bolts to the side of the seat. I only need the near side one although I presume they're the same on both sides!

You willing to split that from your seat? If so what do you want for it?

Bump, loads still available, I've got a week off after Thursday so will be full blown breaking it and weighing it in pretty soon!

I don't have much time for wrapping stuff up either so collection/drop off much preferred!

Do you have a rear bumper in good nick? And if so, when will you be in Stratford?

Well the bits I have baught of you I can get when you pass the sevices on the M40 as there not that far from me that or I could pop up one night as your about an hour away from me.

Hi, do you have the original cassette deck?

I notice the Gearbox is spoken fior but is the BellHousing available. I'm putting an R380 into a 200 and didnt get the bellhousing with the box and the LT77 one is too long!!

How much for the front indicator units, would probably need to be posted though unless you can wait a couple of weeks until I'm up narf again
