Spoke to Paddock Motors and without hesitation they said Calipers worn. Fortunately kept the old pads and measured the backplate found the after market replacements are made to the lower tolerance hence smaller which is why they move. Next set of pads will be originals, should have learned my lesson after buying after market brakes for my Jaguar, sons MG and daughters Volvo.

In the past I always fitted genuine parts, but have just fitted EBC and they are just as good.
