bosch starter motor brushes

hi ive just stripped my starter motor need new brushes for it the problem ive encountered is how do you attach new brushes to the base the brushes iv seen are ones that all have the same hook on the copper wiring mine has two different fittings on the end of the copper wire also these are not soldered so how are these replaced
