Bleeding V8 EFI brakes

Hello all.

I've recently (past couple of months, anyway) bought a 1989 RRC Vogue.
Been working my way through various jobs to get it roadworthy and next is the brakes.
I've had the rear brakes all replaced with new and a few brake lines.
Bled it up on the rear (N/S first, then O/S).
I've come to do the fronts but there's three nipples on each caliper!
Do I just bleed it from the top nipple on the fronts or do I have to use the ones mid way up the caliper, too?

I've got a '1 man bleeding kit' but it doesn't push the brake fluid through when I open the nipple!
If I increase the pressure, it just ****es out of the reservoir cap.
 
From Oct 89 the ABS system was fitted as standard to the EFiSe might apply to yours??

If it does then. Assuming anti-lock brake system.
pressure bleeding is best if you can do it. 'Eezi Bleed' is one if still available? it was one of those I used it uses the spare tyre to provide the pressure. You need to depressure the system first by switching on the ignition switch and presing the brake pedal a lot of times, i think it was 20 or 30 or so. after a minute press fully down another four or five times. you will feel the pressure is down.
Top up the fluid container to the top or top mark. Connect the Eezi Bleed kit and slowly press the brake pedal five times or more and waiting 10 seconds on each stroke until you get resistence. As 3.9efi says bleed the lower fronts first. Outer bleed nipple on drivers side and then outer bleed nipple on the passenger side then the inner bleed nipple on the passenger side and then the inner on the drivers side. You then do the bleed nipple on the pump top. Then the accumulator with this one you switch on the ignition for a few seconds until no bubbles. Close bleed nipple then do the Then the hydraulic booster bleed nipples. You need someone to press the brake pedal whilst switching on the ignition close the bleed nipple when finished. During all of this you must keep the brake fluid topped up (important).
The remaining four calipers can now be bled. (Power circuit) bleed the upper front bleed nipples by having someone depress the brake pedal then open the bleed nipple for a few seconds so no air showing. Close the nipple and then the other person can release the brake pedal. Do the rears in the same way. Bleed the lower front circuit again by depressing the brake pedal on the lower two thirds of travel only. Always make sure that the fluid container is full. With the ignition switched on the pump should only run for 45 seconds. Have fun
 
You don't have the ignition switched on to depressurise the system, if you do all you'll do is keep cycling the pump because the pressure switch will keep tripping.

The correct way to depressurise ABS on RRC is as follows:

1- Switch ignition off

2- Operate brake pedal 30 times

3- Wait 60 seconds, press brake pedal 4 more times.

Be careful with ABS system, fluid pressures up to 170 bar (2,466 psi) are produced by the hydraulic pump. Be careful with the accumulator too, it is pressurised up to 80 bar.
