Bleeding awful

Again call me thick or what you want but can anyone give me advice on how to go about bleeding the abs system id rather check than try myself and make a cock up of it.........any help gratefully received although payment is no option !!!!

What disco do you have ?.......ABS brakes on a disco 1 are bled the same as normal longest pipe first, then the next etc etc.

I have read somewhere that d2 brakes need 2 people and a testbook to bleed them?? dont know if this is right..
