Have you guys all forgotten about the excellent thread BBS Guy created about upgrading the entertainment system in an L322?

Priceless amount of information.

I sincearly apologise for over flowering my origional post.

I am naturally and understandably very passionate about what we do, and as i toggle between answering sales enquiries by E-mail, PM's and posting on other forums that i have commercial agreements with, i often forget where i am, and second nature does kick in, especially as it gets late into the night and i have had a few bevvies. Bear in mind we are 2 hours ahead of the UK.

All i ask is a bit of lattitude, If anyone finds one of my posts on here to be overly or unfauirly commercial, please feel free to point that out to me, ideally by PM, as otherwise it tends to start unnercersary arguments and i will quite happily edit my posts accordingly, as i did this one, as i genuinely have no wish or intent to be promotional at all here.

I do try to scan through posts looking for anywhere i might be able to help the Landy Zone community as much as i can, and try to produce posts of the non pro BBS equipment variety, such as the L322 upgrade one, but sadly over the last few months especially, i have been so snowed under with problems such as this current site one, i have not been as active is i would otherwise, and even projects such as the L322 upgrade one have had to be temporarily suspended.

I do not however believe i should apologise for posting up here about this BBS site problem, After all, there is quite a number of members on here who also have our equipment and which such a problem might effect, and it is a logical place to inform them of the existance of the problem, given that i can hardly place a notice on our own site.

At least this thread had a purporse and benefit to some members, which is hardly true of quite a few others.

The good news is that finally we have managed to restore our site to "as was" status.
despite also suffereing an island wide internet blackout for several hours this afternoon.

so if sean had PM'd you with his opinion.... you would of taken notice?

nah dont think so :p

Don't worry guys, i am preparing an especially detailed reply for you, especially tailored to suit your particular sesame street mentality;)

I woulld like to finish this first but, Farmer Fred just sent me a PM on this board and it seems he has a few problems with his V8 Disco II that he really needs my immediate help with sorting.

He quoted
I put spark testers on the plug leads and noticed that on cylindas 1,4,6,7 the spark testers were glowing very dim
while cylindas 2,3,5,8 glowed bright.

I would of course advise a plug pack problem, except for the wacky firing order he mentions.

Otherwise i woud recommend replacing both plug packs unless anyone has any better suggestions or experience / knowledge to help this member out.
