I have these on mine. They are ok.

One blew out on the motorway but they had been about a lot and I reckon it was debris more than the tyre (I hope) :)

BFG = expense and ****e quality fer yer pound...

Recip Trial 265/75/16 MUD Beasts = cheap and ****e quality fer yer pound.....

so far over the two the remoulds are showin less wear but the did start with 19mm of tread....

no change on mpg a bit noisier but way better off road with a surpriseing equal amount of road manners....

the choice is yours....

I paid £58 a corner.

bought bfg a/t. 3yrs ago.mst have done 4000miles+.little wear.had to adjust stops fully so at full lock they didnt rub radius arms.v.happy with them.quite a bit quietr than the m/t that were on my 90 before.

I have the same tyres as Ratty...265/75-16" Special Tracks.......Took 2 mins to adjust the lock on my 90 to stop them fouling the radius arms, but the turning circle is still very good! :)

Do you know the J and offset for them mods as they look spot on
Have no idea as they came new with the motor. I asked the prev owner if he had to adjust anything to get them to fit but he said he just bolted them on. Had a right result when I bought it as he chucked in the original OEM wheels and tyres which I sold at an auto jumble for £150.

I'll have a look at the spare to see if they are marked up.

thanks for the help so far, a bit of experience is always good i spoke to the man at the tyre place and he said that they will fit on obviously but you will have to adjust the steering lock to an amount were it will be hard to turn and the turning circle will be crap ???? but he said if i want a big tyre try the 235/85 instead of the 265/75 but i dont noo???? !! any advice would be nice !! thanks.
