£720 is a lot even for a recon
paid £250 for the one on my s1 - 5 years ago though - and £420 last year for the toro od on the s3. toro is like a fairey but a more robust build, had no problems with either

even last year c£500 was about right for a fairey, surprised they are topping 700, roamerdrive is a better option by all accounts, couple of people on here have them

They are only that price coz idiots pay that. Ive been after a front panel for a 2a for a year but wont even entertain the thought of paying ebay prices.

I think so, I took my capstan winch off that particular 2A and it seemed to be sound

Because I saw it with my own eyes when I took my capstan winch off that particular vehicle that its fastened to. Thats how I know. Didnt seem to be rotten at the bottom
