Bell housing bolts

Hi Guys.

Can anyone tell me how many bolts an nuts there on my 200tdi discovery bell housing. Is there any at the top which can't be accessed from underneath if there are how do you remove them can you do it from inside the car?

lower the box

get under the car with a torch and the missus's makeup mirror. there's 3 on the top, all can be reached. by using a couple of extention bars. on a ratchet.

it is easier to lower the box as far as it will,especially if you have use of engine crane

Probably not. it does make it easier to get to em. But I find a couple of 8" bars on a ratchet makes it simple enough to do without having to drop the box down.

have done it this way myself, just find it easier to lower the box

If yu take the bottom three bolts out and replace em with x 6" lengths of threaded bar. It makes it a lot easier to remove, and to replace the box later. as everything lines up .

I never put the top 3 back in !! fooking r380 been out that many times I reckon it should be able to do it without me helping !!
