hi y'all. Hoping that someone out there can shed some light on a fairlyconsistent freelander prob. I have the normal slight vibration that occurs at 40 mph, but also a new vibe has developed at 60 onwards. Before you all leap on the diff mounts, vcu mounts, wheel balance course of action, the problem only occured after changing all of the mountings and a recon vcu along with its damper ring. the vibe feels like a wheel out of balance but cant be driven through with higher speed. wheels have been recently re-tyred and balanced and again the problem wasnt there until changing mountings. the propshaft to rear diff joint wasnt split so its not an issueof prop phasing.
lookin forward to some intelligent, new ideas. shaun
