Back again

After being nagged by the wife to do something with the 2a thats not been used for the last 2 years, I thought id have a look on here for some inspiration. Cant afford a new chassis so bought a mig welder (arc welder packed up). Now just waiting for the rain to sod off so I can make a start. Problem I got is room so wings off and sort the front out then put it all back and sort the back out. Then gearbox needs sorting. Bet I get more nagging off the wife for spending all my time on it now.

Will be good when it's back on the road though. Much need doing?

Needs a bit of work on chassis. I plated it a few years back just so I could use it daily but really needs cutting out and doing properly. 1 hole in bulkhead but nothing much and a door pillar. Its already rubbed down and primed. Its got 2a lights in the centre and series 3 wings but would like to get rid of the series 3 wings.

I guess if it's not been used for couple of years you could expect some brake / clutch hydraulic issues too.
Worth putting up with the nagging though as you'll have a nice run about when done.

Yea it will need flushing through, prob strip axles and and gearbox while im at it. Does have a good 2.0ltr Perkins turbo diesel with overdrive and free wheeling hubs. Goes well on veg oil.
