A few years ago I rubbed down treated with fermanagh, primer and gloss black the axles on my 90

Several years later they are looking scabby again

What would be best to use this time ?

Stone chip ,waxoil ,dynatril or are there better harder Paints available now?

I use Bonda Rust Primer for the undercoat. It's very durable, but does need a decent surface to bond securely. Blasting is best, but a heavily wire brushed surface is ok, as long as all grease has been removed before painting.
