Hi callum d90 how did you check the swivels ? I had the same problem not sure if you
know but you need to disconnect the steering arms and check the preload with a spring
balance .

Is didn't know that, I just made sure there was no play and no leaks on then, did disconnect the steering bars

Dave, which alloys have you got fitted? Boost type?
I had a problem sometime back but it happened at 50mph, prev owner had same issue so she sold it as no one could find the problem, found out that all four wheels were not seated correctly flush even though nuts were torqued up correctly, had to grind out with a dye grinder the hole faces from behind. take of wheels and look for score marks on inside of alloys, then open up the face not the hole diameter.
hope this helps buddy.
Good luck

Hi. I had exactly the same problem at Easter time. It was the steering drop arm that had worn. Bit of a sod to do but easy enough!

Sadly as a result of the 'wobbling' i now think that the steering universal joint just by the bulk head has worn. Another job to do eh!

Hope you get to the bottom of it. Let us know please.

Pughy.
