autogear box oil change question

hi,

anyone ever done this via the dipstick tube with a suction changer from machine mart, I have done the oil this way but not the gearbox(auto)

I have done a filter and full change a few weeks ago but just want to do a qiuck change now so there is new oil in torque converter.

Any thoughts

there will be new oil in t/c its cycled through it as soon as you start engine

You can try it but why? when you have a drain plug on the sump.
Or you can find a garage that has the machine that replaces all the fluid via the oil cooler pipes just like my main LR dealers service department does or did the I last used them for a service.
