Hello,

This is my first post so please be gentle ha!......Ive just bought a 2002 Vogue V8 which is my first Landy, Im wanting to add Digital TV and a DVD player.

There is a AV had unit wired up under the sat nav disc drive in the boot this player CDR/VCD films onto the dash screen, but it doesnt play DVD's I think its a old system. I would like to replace this and also add a Digital TV player and maybe bluetooth. can anyone advise on products to use etc I dont really want to pay alot as its just for the kids etc. Im also not too keen on tackling a retro fit as I would like to keep it original looking and it looks abit tricky to do ?

Thanks in advance

You want original but you don't want to pay for it ? :/

No can do!

Original equipment will cost a bomb, the digital module alone is £250 !

Your better off getting an iPad or other tablet strapped to the back of the headrests
Perfect for watching films and for the kids to play games on

Been there and done that with the Ipad it just ends up in a fight ha!

Id like to keep the original screen in the dash (not update to the newer one) and replace the old aftermarket mpeg / AVI / VCD player which is fitted in the boot underneath the Sat Nav drive and wired to play on the dash screen with a new aftermarket DVD multi media player having a remote eye somewhere in the cabin.

As for the TV tuner I was maybe thinking along the lines of the Alpine TUE-T150DV DVB Freeview Digital TV Tuner of similar.

For the Bluetooth I could proberly just get a Parrot.
