My radio screen works and an orange light flashes ,
i took to the dealer , they have 3 codes
U0010-87 medium speed CAN communications
U0300-55 Internal Control module software incompatibility -not configured
U2003-88 fibre optic communication bus -buss off
tech states the radio audio working but signal is off every 30 seconds, tech checked power to telephone module and power is good tech tried to update module but still the same
ME {not sure if he tried another or something else}.
Tech recommends replace the module and audio unit module first then recheck the audio system
that is $2000
but the bit that says recheck the sysem again , 2 things i have noticed , the fibre optic cable going into the bluetooth module flashes red a slow flash but its not a solid red if i turn ignition /radio on
i can by radio module and blue tooth module used for $100 im not sure if there vin specific
my question is from reading the above , any one have similar problem , and or what was the fix \also what would cause the fibre optic red light to flash and not be constant
