Here's a new one I can't fathom..... the road where I park slopes slightly along it's length and normally when I park, car self levels end to end fine, however noticed last couple of days that on trying to level it's dropping the end that's already lowest:confused: it doesn't matter which way round it is front or rear. It's fine on level ground.

That self leveling crap is the one bit of the EAS I really hate, I'm seriously considering rewiring the relay to give it an ignition supply instead of permanent.

Its use while the car is running is obvious but while parked? It can only have been designed to hide a leaking corner with the added bonus to LR Dealers of speeding up wear on the compressor - Its the compressor guvn'r, it's worn itself out, that'll be £600 thaank yooou!

As regards your issue Kernow, have you been able to check your height settings lately, any chance you're getting dodgy readings through wear or dampness in the sensors?

I thought of the sensors, but can't understand why it would consistently move from one end to the other depending on which way round I park?

Hey Spud

that's a good idea re wirring the relay to ignition I only use my p38 at weekends and more often than not my battery has gone flat due to lack of use just maybe 80 miles a month, so can you tell me where to chop and re connect etc.

thanks

Tony:)
