Are Hankook Dynapro Tyres any good?

I am needing 2 new front tyres (15") and wondered if Hankooks were any good for road use.

i have the dynapro rt03 on my 110 in size 315 75 16 i find them excellent off road getting farther than my mates bfg equiped 90 on most occasions, and pretty quite on the road there a good price as well

I have ra23 235/50/18's on my sport and no problems at all, good grip, low noise, good wear (so far). Great price compared to other brands, generally considered better than kumho in most of the reviews I read and quality for the price is very good.

I've been looking at the Dynapro ATM RF10, in 195/80R15 - look good for the price, but wondering how good they are.
Thinking about them for snow, since I can't find any real winter tyres.

Are Hankook Dynapro Tyres any good?
