Are all belnd motrs equal, or are some more equal than others?

Can anyone tell me if all of the 3 '5 wire' blend motors on my P38 identical? they look it and electrically they certainly are. but are they mechanically identical or do the 2 on the OS have different end stops? I see they are colour coded grey and blue.

It's my understanding that all the blend motors are the same as you can buy a single new one rather the the 3 as a set which was how LR used to sell them. I've replaced 2 of mine over the years with single new ones. What you do have to do though is connect the car to a faultmate or equivalent when you have replaced a motor and force a blend motor rest. This ensures the blend motors end points are set correctly.

All the same. The cable on the distribution motor should not reach the blend flap motor position.
