Arb locker won't unlock

My rear locker is stuck locked,

Any ideas? I noticed it was locked when driving on gravel and the inside rear wheel skipped,

I don't know how long it's been stuck for, but it won't unlock, tried driving forwards and backwards jacking it up,

I was planning on rebuilding the diff soon as a little play on the pinion is a little noisy,

Any ideas on what's broken or stuck befor I pull it apart? It's the rd128 type I think,

if its not broken up o rings on slip ring used to be an issue

When you say broken up?mas in I take it apart and everything's in bits? I did the o ringon the end where the copper line goes in

theres 2 o rings ,, and are you saying it made no difference or just youve changed them in the past

When I fit it I installed a new copper line ect when I fit the diff, I bought the seals but found out the copper pipe had fractured, so ordered a new one, I carnt rember which seals I put back in either way the seals will be in my tool box

It was the seal / slider bit that pushes on the cage inside that was stuck in the locked position when I pulled it apart,
