Any Sugestions for a Weekend Off Roading in Wales?

Can anyone recommend a good place to go in Wales in December (travelling from Yorkshire) for a good weekend of off roading/green laning? I'm thinking perhaps a pay and play followed by a day or two enjoying the scenery as well as the rough stuff.

Perhaps somewhere where we can get a good quality B&B close by and, of course, the obligatory good beer or two!

Any ideas appreciated

toms farm is good for the pay and play and there are plenty of lanes close by

thanks very much. where is it? do they have a website etc? Will they know about the lanes or do we just need a good OS map?

Toms farm post code is LD6 5NB get a good os map there is plenty in that area

you could spend 3 days there and not see all of it

I will have to get a group of friends together after the holidays and try Toms farm. What price would it be per car for the day.:fighting:

Took my disco up there this afternoon, and a mate took his pajero. great fun! and the place is massive. will definatly be going again soon

We have not gone yet! we are going in Feb. Perhaps a few of us should meet up. I think you just turn up but having read stories of it closing etc, I';d like to know that its definitely open
