Any Alarm receivers about

I'm suffering the D2 key fob issue and presume the receiver is at fault. So I'm looking to try another one. Only atm ebay prices are nuts. Typical profiteering by businesses of a known issue .
I've a few other faults so not 100% sure it's the receiver which makes buying new just to find out a bit painful. I've given mine a good clean and dry out with no luck.
Has anyone got a receiver at a reasonable price or has anyone tried other variations of this part such as from the D3.

Will the one from a Rover 75 work with it ? Same part number, but a fraction of the cost.

Thanks tilly2. I believe it would work, but they all seem to be in Lithuania. Crazy postage costs as a result.
I've noticed the D3 ones are far more available, but the part number ends in 120 which isn't one of the parts numbers listed to be compatible, but I do wonder how different it really is.

Finally got the EKA code off LandRover (note: Cardiff srealer wanted £40 for this) and can't enter it. There's no starting blip to the process on the initial 5 second stage.
As the central locking wasn't working on the drivers door I assume this is the issue here and the actuator isn't registering the key positions.
Can this be fixed or are we talking new parts if it is the fix?
