As most of you know, I am having problems with my disco. Head was supposed to be coming off this aft but I ended up watching the snooker. The thing is its gettin g pretty chilly and with all the water leaking/ getting blown out, I reckon theres hardly any antifreeze in it now.

Do you reckon I should drain the system? not sure how hard the frost need sto be for it to be a risk. Trouble is I need to use the disco tomorrow so cant strip it til after work tomorrow.

There are three problems here. One is that if it gets too cold something exposed may freeze up - it's a bind thawing out yr water pump with yr wife's hair dryer and once you've done it it may leak. Two is that once you are moving and before the stat opens your radiator is subject to wind-chill. This can burst your nice new rad. Three is that running for any length of time without a good a/f solution will corrode yr engine bits. So even if you drain it you are at risk until engine's warm. If you've got SOME a/f in there it will probably be OK, but I do remember the time the bus garage at Consett forgot to put the a/f in and wrecked nearly all their engines...
