he's not saying that series 3 is exempt, what he is actually selling is that series 3, plus a logbook and id plates for an exempt one. which is even worse.

if the vehicle is ready for the MOT and all the work is done, why not put it in for it ? it'll sell for more if it has an MOT for sure.

yup, exactly.

Reckon some things a bit dodgy - maybe he tried to MOT it on the series id, it failed due to incorrect id so he then bought another ID for it which is currently on - but will also fail the MOT?

ive reported the listing for offering an additional log book with the intent of avoiding road tax.... well see if they remove it....

if i had the time id copy a link to the local fuzz... but ive got to go to work
