hows about we just remove the whole thing and leave the guy his money. Explain that in court ......... Uh I sold it on ebay and the bloke that bought it came and took it away leaving me the money that he won it for in an auction but I don't wanna sell it cos I thought I would get much more and I didn't.

Hello mad hat man, just looking at the numbers of hit's on this thread.
What's happening now? do we know who this scammer is yet?

I was quite gutted when I saw that Patman had bought a near identicle landy to mine. I paid more than twice that for mine and it isn't the best landy in the world.So when I found out it was a scam I was sort of relieved but annoyed for patman. So was the scam the fact that the new e bay seller did not get what he really wanted and so just tried to disapear.

Why not put a reserve on it if you want a certain value for it?
I think this sod was just running a stupid scam. He's certainly annoyed by the phone calls!

i think the fact that he has dun it several times is the answer to that.....
