another dum question

if its anything like my 2003 td4, behind the head light is a big circular cover, rotate through 90 or so degrees, unplug the plug, unclip the clip and bulb will be out. hey presto!!!
 
nill have to look at the book but isnt there an acces panel by the front wheels. i remember seeing something about it in the handbook and it was the same on my rover 75.
 
The headlight bulbs can only be changed as cox325 has said.

The oval inspection panel in the front wheel arches are there only to allow you to reach the front indicator bulbs.

They have a tricky little release catch that if you push too far in, disappears inside the wing and takes forever to locate and refit.
