just rang adrian flux to find out what it'll cost to turn my 90 pick up into a van back and after 15 flaming mins i got cut off, so i call straight back only to be told i have to go through the whole process again i mean WTF adrian flux your a ****ing joke and if A/F rep is reading you should be ashamed of the pathetic company you work for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! had a gut full now i will NOT be taking out another policy with them shocking **** service:mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
There no different to all the rest really .... so if they offer a good price your better off staying there. there all a load of **** , and as long as there taking your money, there very happy.:D

I'm sorry about the experience that you've had and would welcome the chance at the very least to investigate to see what went wrong and if we can prevent this happening again to other customers. If it is not too late, which I appreciate for you it may be for you, I'd also be happy for an opportunity to put things right and make amends.

For now though I'll apologise again for an experience that has left you so unhappy and if you'd like to PM me with your name and post-code and how I might contact you, I'd be very happy to look into this further.

robert thanks for your response but A/F has been like this for years tbh, i even called back and they offered to call me back and sort my query out but its no surprise im still waiting for the call i know your closed on a sunday but this all took place first thing saturday morning, so yet another thing i feel let down over, having said all this my prices as a rule have been competitive for most vehicles its just the service afterwards i feel most let down and annoyed over, but thank you for getting back to me cheers shaun

If you've also been with us for a while I'd be happy to see if there is a way we can try and make things right for you and get your outstanding query resolved as soon as possible.

Do we have an intruder or just a second person dealing with enquiries?
 
I'm wirh flux and when i changed my 90 from a van to a truck cab it took 5 mins to sort and didn't cost anything as they are both classed as utility class 90.

they reckon they've got to cancel my current policy and change it to a commercial policy
 
Wish I logged into this site more often.

Only had a couple of days to sort out my renewal so just had a/f renew my insurance, cost me £60 (£530) higher than last year, hate to think what it would be if I had an accident or points on my licence. Thieving towrags!
 
just renewed with flux, I rang the dedicated " lz hotline " and the girl on the switchboard didn't seem to be aware of LZ at all and put me on hold to contact the insurer and see if they give owners club discounts, £15 off aint much really but can't complain too much as i declared all mods 200tdi conversion, modulars and muds, snorkel etc, and the quote didn't change but still about the same as last years price £218 , does anyone have any experiences with the recovery they offer? i was thinking of adding it as an extra if it's any good .

Did they say what company they use for recovery? Some are ok and some are rubbish

When I renewed my chav box insurance last week the guy tried to sell me Call Assist breakdown cover. I declined and explained what a pain in tha backside they are. He did seem a little shocked that I knew so much.:D:D:D
