Andrew Morris - Bulkheads

Hello,
Unfortunately i am in the process of taking out court action against Andrew Morris as he refuses to 1, produce a bulkhead or 2, return my deposit. He has had my money for almost 2 years and finally agreed to return my deposit 9 months ago. Initially i was sympathetic to his excuses but i have just recieved a cheque for half the deposit, along with a very apologetic letter and the cheque bounced. So i thought i would post this information as a warning or incase others out there have a similar experience - or better experiences. Bit of a shame really as he has a good reputation but i have tried all other avenues and the bouncing cheque was the last straw.

Yes i do believe it is - though i dont recognise the number (possibly his old one?)

the number i have is 07760450020 but it is switched off

Ive had a look at the links. It is the same guy. Very good reputation - advertised in LRM used by all the best so i have heard. Hard to get hold of? Yes until you get the DTI to contact him. Long waiting time? Yes seems to be. or in my case not at all. All i can say is that in my experience he promised me a bulkhead that didnt arrive and then he promised me a refund that bounced - and cost me more money. So buyer beware..

cant yu send someone round to have a look-see and have a chat?

Well, i am glad to say that this issue has been resolved

The money was transfered to my bank account today.

Andrew Morris has an excellent trading reputation, I suspect there's more to this story than the OP is telling

well your the only person i have ever heard complaining about him so until we hear the other side of this story i will remain skeptical

you could be a competitor trying to down his reputation ala the waxyol chap

Not sure about that...the links that were posted show a fair few people having problems with contacting him and a 2 year wait..however if he is up front about the waiting time then theres no argument.
