hi everyone lately i cam across a wiper motor for a defender its part number is AMR3676..i think its from a 300tdi can anyone help me with the wiring since my defender does not have a motor installed and no switch in the dash...i want to install the motor from scratch ... any help most appreciated.. i allready fitted it on the door... it has two plugs one with three pins and the other with two..i figured out that the two pin connector is for the motor supply..can you help with the other three and what i need to make it work

You fitted the wiper motor in the door???

there is an old type rear wiper motor with a round female plug with 3 pins, i think. there is a newer one which has a more square type molex style plug on it. if u have the older one they are like gold dust and almost impossible to get... you just need to get yourself a switch now... the loom is easy and is in the haynes book of lies.

When you say you fitted it in the door are you talking about a rear windscreen wiper ?

yes it is a rear door wiper motor.. it is the one with two rectangular plugs..any help diagrams welcome

yip that is a new style one.... you can buy the harness pre made and fit it quick if that makes your life easier...

i figured the wiring out all i need is a plug to fit into the three pin connector since they are to close to use wire sliding terminals the smallest i found where 2.8mm and they do not fit they are to close to each other...where can i find a connector or a harness if i cant find the connector only....
