e bay !! absolutely brilliant invention, it kicks car boots etc in to touch
& gives us all a new meaning to the word value for money.
I say if you`ve got something to sell do it on e bay, you won`t be sorry. Items usually sell & not what you expect them to go for !!!!!.
( £20 + p & p for a Haynes S111 diesel manual to Canada, or how about a
standard aluminimum oval Landrover badge to kenya for £18 + p & P !!

Was also watching a nice looking td5 for 3/4 of that which didn't meet its reserve or get a bid ffs! (although starting bid too high so never got into the "auction spirit")

if that was a 300tdi, i would have bought it.

But in practice generally the td5's are getting more than the 300's, i agree and would prefer a 2/300.

I was surprised to see it never sold though. I reckon if he'd started it at a low price it would have auctioned itself up to more than that!

silly time to sell really. just after xmas? who was even looking on ebay at that time except pikey bastid he shoulda hung out for a few months and he would have made a killing on it. i like the colour and it looks really tidy.
