Absolutely cracking work! You should be proud!

I am, I know it is ott for a comp motor but as I have said it is the last big build I will do, So I want to make it special.
Back in 2006 I was very ill and it made me realise that if you are not careful you can spend your life on a tread mill worrying about the future, paying bills etc, but that it can all be taken away and that thing you were going to do when things are right never gets done.
So if you have a passion do it now, it don't matter how small you start it is just time and pressure.:)

cheers for the links to vids, not sure the belts I have will allow the wrap around but will check tomorrow, if not it may be a case of doing the bar through option :(

Hi Guys, Not been doing much in the worksop, I'm back mending the house :( but I have managed to change the Harness bars in the main hoop. I have also made an inner wing panel for the laft hand front and fitted that and finally a couple of closing panels behind the seats.
I have a week off soon but that will be spent decorating, might still be able to sneak down the workshop for a few hours though.

Thanks for that Clive, you are quite right and there are some very smart ALRC compers about now.

Just a quick Q. I was quoted £91.00 for 3.6 mtrs of 31.75mm OD 6.35mm wall cds from my local steel stock place which seem a bit steep. I want a 5.8mtr length so I can make two set of rods, do you know a good place to contact ?

I have done the last inner wing so now there is just the engine cover to weld up and the body work is done.
I have also cut out the rear window for the back of the cab.

Hi hope you don't mind me asking but what have you used to make your spats (tyre covers)?? My dad and I are currently building a Trialer and are getting to the point where we need to start thinking about this problem, we have also used disco 2 axles so big spats are a must!
