First of all you should have posted this in the Range Rover section, that's where you'll find all the air suspension experts. Then a search in there will get you any number of threads and posts on suspension.

What you will find is that most people will tell you to start simple and then,if you don't find a fault, get into the more complex bits.

The simplest test is to get yourself a squirty bottle of soapy solution and spray it all over the suspect air bag. Do it with the bag at various heights. Start at the top where the pipe comes in and work your way down. You are looking for an air leak. If it's the bag itself it may have failed where it folds over onto itself so it might cover the leak at a certain height.

Then trace the plastic pipe back up to the EAS box under the bonnet. It has been known for the pipes to be melted if they've come into contact with the exhaust.

Don't put this off because the longer you leave it with the suspension not rising correctly then the more work you're asking the compressor to do.
