When I fitted the compressor repair kit on mine I was pleased when it worked fine but after a few months the compressor packed in. I had a choice of spending £300 on a compressor or £69 on coils. On a 15 year old car it made no sense to spend more money than necessary as we don't need to tow any more. Self-levelling helps with towing but if you are not towing then there is no noticeable difference in ride. Changing shock absorbers probably would make a big difference to the ride but I am happy with the ride on ours.
