Air susp. Inactive

Hi all,

I have a 52 plate TD6, I have always had the air susp. inactive message on ever since ive had this motor. I took it to somebody with a diagnostic computer for the range rover he cleared all the codes and everything seemed to be working ok. Two months down the line I have got the same message again on my dash board. if i take the spare wheel out and start the engine i can hear the compressor working, the controls inside the car are saying that is in ride height but the inhibit light is on and i cant get it off, so my suspension is just stuck in ride height. I personnaly think its a ride height sensor. Has anyone got any ideas and if so where to start on repairing this fault.

Needs diagnostics. Just as likely to be a compressor fault as a height sensor.

Most likely a knackered compressor which has probably been over worked due to a leak in the system
