Good afternoon all RR owners. Loaned my sister 2010 TDV8 Vogue for 500 mile trip. First 250 miles car was faultless. After leaving the car in a car park for two weeks, the journey home resulted in 10 hard shoulder visits. The same fault occurred every time. The air con fan started to go on and off, then the car went into reduced performance with the following messages:
Stability control unavailable
Forward alert not available
EBA not available
Stability control not available

The car reset after an ignition off and on. This fault occurred at various speeds, with the cruise control on and off.
Any ideas before I give the car back?
Thank you
Ps, car did 30 Mpg, better than my Focus 250 ST.

Welcome to LZ.
It Will need to be plugged in to diagnostics IMO to find the root of the problem.

Just an update. The Car went in for a service and fault investigation. Following a test drive, the car failed again. They found that a pipe from the turbo charger to the inter cooler had failed. The fault messages were the result of the ECU detecting low boost pressure and thus put the car into limp home mode.
Thanks for the replies and good luck with your cars.
