I´m based in Spain and have a RR P38. Changed the suspension after too many expensive problems. Took it for an ITV (MOT) they say its illegal & i now need a letter from Land Rover to say no it isn´t.Is this the case in U.K.I also need technical spec of parts and certificate from garage fully stamped that carried out the work.

That's not the case in the UK, it just needs to be in a working state and properly installed.
The MOT test centre visually inspect the mechanics but don't ask for any certification paperwork (yet !).

No, I do believe for the Spanish ITV everything that is fitted to the vehicle HAS to work. I have friends in Spain who went through this problem when one of their BMW's had a problem.
I dont know about whether you can get any paperwork to say its all ok but why did you want the EAS gone in the first place, a properly maintained EAS system is just as good, if not better, than any coil setup. What expensive problems did you have??
I dont know whether the letter from LR to say the conversion is ok will be forthcoming as you have modified the car outside their specs, i.e. you havent just removed the air suspension but by doing this the automatic headlight levelling thats provided by the EAS has also gone.
