Just a quick one boys and girls. I now have 4 new air bags, ive been over every connection and definitely have no visible leaks, but im still losing air. Im thinking it must be the valve block?? I recently did the diaphragm when i changed the compressor. So is it likely i need to refurb the said valve block as i cant think of anything else. The compressor is running way to much and after sitting for 2 days its almost down to access height

Did you change the compressor for a new one or secondhand one?
otherwise it could be the non return valves in the valve block

Could be the valve block, no harm in doing a refurb. Check for white powder in the exhaust silencer, if the dryer dessicant is breaking up it can cause all sorts of problems.

Almost certainly valve block if you've got no other leaks. Worth checking on the bay of E. I managed to pick up a second hand one for just under £50 with the intention of fitting it while I took my own sweet time refurbing the original. Its been in the rangey for nearly 2 years now and still working fine. Good luck with it.

It won't take long to do the rings. I dont often use the rangey during the week so will prob get done after this weekend. Oh and yes my new compressor came from Kurt.

He does supply the valve block as well, or at least he did when i got mine:)
