Advice on potential fl2 please

We are currently looking into purchasing our first FL2, after copious amounts of searching we have found the ideal spec/model for us, though slightly concerned over the mileage for the price.

Please could you kindly give your opinions on the FL2 below, and anything you would be weary of? Slightly higher mileage

As far as I'm aware and from what I've read, if it's had the relevant services done and in great condition, the mileage shouldn't matter too much? Is the price okay and fair?

88 k is average milage for an 7-8 year old motor
The tires in good nick? The 19s are not cheap to buy. What's the interior like? Does it have the latest (and last) sat nav dvd?
