hi, could someone tell me the thread size of the banjo bolts that go into the ace rams.
from searching on here. it could be m10, but its not a definite.
i plan to substitute the banjo bolts for grease nipples.
thanks

I think the Banjo bolts will be M10 metric fine, what is it your doing??? Out of interest

Don't mess around like that,do the job properly, remove all that extra weight and fit solid anti roll bars....

basically my ace pipes are on the way out. so i`ve been following and searching various threads on here.
one option given by sierrafery was to replace the banjo bolts with grease nipples and fill each chamber within the ram with oil/grease.
another by jamesmartin was to replace the rams with solid bars.
both of the above work and are cheap and you can find the full details in the search section.
ideally as eightinavee says i should spend about £400 and replace the arb`s with standard one, and i agree, but i dont live in an ideal world.
:)

Just get a set of second hand ones for next to nothing and don't forget the rubbers in the rear bar are a different size
