abs

hello all
i have a problem with my abs
i needed a new sensor on the front drivers side because it got cut
so i fitted new sensor and cleared the faults with the hawkeye
but the abs light still on and also when i drive down the road the traction control
keep going off

there are no faults showing up now but dont no why i am having the problems
can any one help me plz

Make me understand... u've cleared the faults, went to a ride... ABS light never extinguished... after a while TC warning came on ... then u've scanned the ABS again with Hawkeye and no codes even with the warning lights on? .... if your answer is yes then it seems there's some trouble with the ECU or the data link.

is sensor fitted correctly sometime oring makes them hard to seat properly ive had it a few times
