No i havent taken part in any real motorsport other than rallying for the past 25 years, I am a member and have been obviously for a couple of years or so of an MSA affiliated motor club.Hey, that was a clever trick! I bet you still think you're a great driver.
Have you ever taken part in any REAL motorsport speed events?
Join a local car club, and try showing off to those guys, you know, the old guys who've been doing it for 40 years or so. When you can nearly keep up with them, you'll have learned quite a lot about driving, and staying on the road too.

As for staying on the road as I quite clearly stated i was on private land and the brakes gave in with a potentially fatal out come not to unlike the one mentioned in this thread My advice was not to remove the bulb as others have but to take the matter seriously.
Im sure boy races test their driving skills or lack of them on public roads mainly high streets dont they??? Unlike what we do on closed forest tracks, race tracks, airfields private estates and the like Perhaps it is the car in question, a civic type R that steers your presumpsion towards me being a "boy racer" it was a proper blinged up chav mobile taken in part ex. we are in the finishing stages of a rebuild of an ex world car wrc ford focus 4wd turbo ready to compete in one of two championship rounds next year. we won both 3 years ago. Perhaps with your tuition we could have it in the bag next year.
So come on then c unt from your vast experience in driving how would you deal with this situation ?

The trick is not to get in that sort of mess in the first place.
Are you ashamed to use those swear words, that you disguise them?
Or is your command of the English language so limited you don't know there are options?
Don't worry about it.
I won't and I am out of here, so you can have it all to yourself.

Well I struck lucky today. I fixed the problem with a small flat screwdriver.
Took both front wheels of and found a lot of mud around the front nearside sensor, so took a few minutes poking it away with the screwdriver to inspect it properly.
I could not see any issues so put the wheels back on. Then when I took it for a drive the ABS light went out after 5mph, and stayed off. Turned the engine off and on a few times to check it was not a fluke and all seems well.
Now I have one less issue to deal with.
Fink charlesY needs to read posts propper before slaging peeps off
