Not sure to be honest. I like to have a stock of things in the shed, So they're not a recent purchase and can't really remember.

I can see where you're coming from but I won't be painting the galv.
My opinion is that if someone wants it they'll have it regardless. At best I'll paint the crossmember

Haha. I've put much more time and effort in to this compared to the last one. So it's a keeper
But everyone knows EVERYTHING is for sale at the right price.
There will no doubt be another project. Although I think I need to do some thing a little different. I'd only be doing it for the enjoyment anyway
It's the only thing I do other than work, Well when I've got some. Without one I'd be even more of a sad c*nt than I am now.

I've got a floor mat for the back and I'll carpet up the sides in time.
Although when I fitted the tub this morning my thoughts were that I should have colour coded the tub area.
Never crossed my mind until that point and now it looks abit silly.
Well it did but I didn't think it would stand out as much as it does.

No name as yet mate. Although some days when I throw the toys out of the pram it's called a piece of ****.
To be fair putting the tub on makes it look further on then it is. There's still a loooong way to go yet

Haha, You'll finish before me matey. Bare in mind I am doing everything my self. Least you're sending the body work out to be done. Which is a massive job on it's own.

Anyway todays progress, Well not a lot actually.
Lots of jiggery pokery with the dash again. In out, in out, Drill some holes in out. Cut some brackets etc. etc...
Any way it's now in.
Well as far as I can for now. Until I buy the missing centre piece of the dash a new speedo cable and the lights are fitted so I can test everything.
Well the wipers work so that's one thing of the list

Your doing a great job and I'm amazed at how quickly this is moving along I'm doing a similar project but in addition of swapping my tdi out for a v8 but I just can't keep up with you.
Thanks for the regular updates it's keeping me motivated to go back outside and crack on!

Cheers . I try to make things move along quickly. My problem is space. If I had more I'd be able to move faster, paint more things at once etc.
I have looked into unit's but I just can't justify the cost

I try to keep it updated both for me and the viewers. It's nice to look back to see what progress I've had in the week and see how far I have come. But also people like yourself noticing what kind of job I'm trying to do means a lot

Oh and good look with your build to As above a build thread helps me.
I look back and think I've done this that and the other this week and next week I can do this, this and this, and I'll not be far off.

Not sure, This is the original loom so it's gone back in how it came out.
Do you mean the switch on the dash next to the steering wheel? and you cant find the connector for it?

Basically I wanted to set the bulkhead position before I painted everything.
As paintwork is easily damaged.

And put the doors on, Now I knew the door gaps were different sizes before I started. So I ended up with 4 washes to pack the bulkhead out on one side and none on the other. The gaps aren't perfect but I'll give it a good tweek once everything is painted and staying on for good.

It's growing on me to
Everything will be blue except the roof as I think it'll be to much.
But I'll decide on a colour for that when I get that far. Got to strip it back down and paint the doors, sides and screen. Got rained of today.
