So it's been a glorious day today. I should have made the most of it. But it never really happened.

Worked yesterday so nothing got done then either. Any way here's the progress I did manage :)

First job, Get another coat of paint on the front axle.
Managed to knock the tin of paint over in the process. So I'm now half a tin lighter

Changed 4 of the studs for longer ones so they can actually be used and not leak anymore ;)

And wheels on. Yes they'll have to come off again to fit callipers. But they need painting. But wheels on makes it easier to move about.

This stuff.
Depending what I'm painting some stuff has had a red oxide primmer before. Or this just applied direct.

Seems pretty good. And really good coverage.

I rate this stuff seeing as I'm a decorator even used it on rusty fences doesn't last as long but if its maintained a lot it doesn't need primer. But they do red oxide.
Also comes in different colours or can be mixed in different colours

Looking brilliant mate! Keep it up,

Cheers mate :)

Sounds good. But I suppose only time will tell. Don't fancy having to paint every thing again anytime soon

Have ordered your chassis yet.?! Looking forward to the jigsaw going back together. :D

Well I don't know what's going off if I'm honest. Spoke to Richards on Tuesday, Said there was a 6-8 week waiting list. Said I could do with it sooner.

Was told they have one on the shelf and I can have that. And when do I want to collect it. Agreed a week on Saturday. But to fill the online form in and put in the comments box what had been discussed on the phone.

So filled the online form in, But not heard anything back since :(

on the marshland chassis the top aframe bracket is welded on and galved :)

Gone with Richards as they're only down the road ;)
Well as above. I think I have.
