A goodbye, to the lady.

To be honest, not really my style.

Fake injuries and malicious prosecution is just not cricket. No matter what they've done
Honesty is a laudable quality: Don't be too quick to decide that you don't have any potentially long-term injuries though; I was hit by an uninsured driver who gave me all fake details; she'd hit me twice from the rear; the 2nd presumably when she tried to bugger off (yeah, I should have called the plod then!! ) According to the paramedics I just had a 'bit of whiplash' and it would be ok after a hot bath and a few days rest.
2 years on, I still have a shoulder that is at best, stiff, and at worst, incredibly painful; and the use of my left arm is quite restricted as a result.

To be honest, not really my style.

At the end of the day, my landy was insured at stealership second hand prices :p which we all know is much more than they're worth. If I get half of what its covered for, I'll be fine to get a new, better one :p

It will be covered by there insurance.

There will be no points on my license.

And thats all I'm fussed about. Fake injuries and malicious prosecution is just not cricket. No matter what they've done

trying to kill you??????, I was in a similar situation last august when a alpha pulled across the front of my disco when i was doing 40mph

Wasn't saying there is anything wrong with claiming as much bad from a bad situation as possible. Just that its not my situation. Head injury was recorded with paramedics. So, I can always go back to it from 3 years from the date it starts causing me a problem.

Anyway, a bit more from after the crash. When I came round, checked my back wasn't hurting etc etc and then decided to get the hell out of dodge and crawled out through the window.

Went over to find the two in the other car panicing and screaming, got them sat down on the side of the road talking nicely, and got a nice lady to take them in to her house and talk to them. Keep them calm.

When I turned around lots a little kids were stealing money that had dropped off my dash. So I decided to grab my cubby box out the landy (not secured, bad practice, I know) and started selling them little packs of chewing gum for little bits of money they'd picked up off the floor. (Bought the box of chewing gum for £2 from a market :p, got £11 back)

Then police, ambulance and recovery turned up, and all went to a normal RTA incident, I then went for a walk after they'd all left with my cubby box and one of the corsas wing mirrors (got to take trophies) to my friends house to get a lift home!

sorry to here your bad news mate, hope your ok in the morning, thats when you'll feel any stiffness from injuries.
i had an accident at work 7 years ago, got dragged into a machine (not the same as you BUT) felt a bit shaken for the rest of the day,
next morning i couldn't move, **** myself and ached like fook all over,
i had a broken cocsixs an three slipped discs, an was off work for six months
ok now though

Bummer about ya landy dude! But ya allin one piece and thats all that matters!!! The metal can be recycled, You however cannot!! I stacked my series three into the side of a sherpa many moons ago, He went through a red light and paid the price! But do note dude as dirty G pointed out, i felt fine after we flipped end over end BUT i was running on adrenaline! I found out the next day after waking up with exscrushiating pain in my knee and a visit to A&E that i had dislocated my knee, I still to this day suffer from random dislocations of the same knee! anytime anyplace without warning!

ahh as I keep saying to myself, sh1t happens.

But I'm gonna have a trip to the hospital tommorrow to get my head looked at cos it is slowly getting more painful.

its worth going to the hospital, when i had my head on (100mph terminal speed) i got out(through the drivers window and the door was jammed shut) and pushed mine and the other blokes cars out of the way (my mk2 orion with the gearbox now in contace with the road and his 2year old pug 406coupe) as they were blocking the road i walked home and thought i was ok a couple of hours later i could barely breathe and my left arm hurt like a ****er, so i went to hospital turns out my left shoulder had been dislocated i had sprained my left wrist and had several badly bruised ribs (some tears on the muscles between them) i still have problems with my shoulder to this day

ohhhh ****, that is what is commonly known as FUBAR'd!!! lucky you got out of it with just a bit of whiplash and the silly bint driving the tank disguised as a corsa is lucky to have all her limbs still attatched!

Ha! Feeling fine this morning, apart from terrible headaches! But had that looked at the hospital and they said it should subside.

I'm more ****ed off about the insurance. Turned up and the woman in the other car has decided that since she was in shock she didn't know what she was saying and now doesn't accept responsibility.

So I'm getting blamed for crossing the cross roads. And I'm blaming her for speeding. Insurance company's said its gonna end up as a knock-for-knock or something like that. Which really ****es me off, putting my premium up, for something thats not my fault, me being out of a landy or even just a normal car. And because they're now classing it as partly my fault I've not even got the chance to get a courtesy car.
