Hi guys I have my discovery stuck in some mud and water on an off road trail. I found it on Off Road Tracks just near Coventry leamington. I think it's bottomed out in the middle and the left side is in mud and water but right is out. Any ideas on how I can free it up.. Had another 4x4 pull me but no good and it's too small for a tractor to get up there

Too far for me I'm afraid, otherwise I'd come and get you out.

Driving that on your own on road tyres is a big no-no, as you've found out.

Hope you get out soon and have learnt your lesson.

This will be messy but, get some big wide planks of wood, place under Landy, jack up and remove a wheel, pile gravel, boulders etc under wheel, put wheel back on and it will give grip and hopefully height. Ensure the planks cannot slip away and if you are in any doubt, leave the wheel on but pack it as said above.

Judging by the fact there is no off road kit whatsoever and this is you second post you have newly bought it, found a lane and presumed in a moment of bravery you can drive onto the nearest track alone without having found anyone who knows anything bout it.......and now you've joined this just to get a pull out?

Good luck: /

Give the guy a break FFS, who made you the judge?

True, But sounds about right :D
So? He is obviously keen to get into off roading, made a begginers arse of it and turned to us for help. I would be down there pulling him out if I had my Landy on the road and if I was closer. Is there a pre-requisite for posting on the 'Zone? I only joined after I bought my Series project a year ago.

He doesn't have any kit like jacks, waffles boards etc. He needs some local members to get him out but seeing as he hasn't come back and posted a more accurate location help ain't gonna come.

There are 2 tracks that seem to match his description. Both pretty long and very little detail. Looked on website he mentioned. Without him coming back on not a lot anyone can do even if we want to
