Hi I have a restricted performance o my 2.2 diesel 2012. Icarsoft v3 says its a p2456. I've checked the hoses and they are in tact. I removed the dpf and had it professionally cleaned on a machine which guarantee 98% clean so it's not sooted up.
I also checked the dpf values and it's stuck on -1000kpa and doesn't move with throttle.
The cars only been driven up a 50m lane, but after clearing the codes they just come back.

Any ideas or further tests to carry out before buying a new sensor or anyone near yeovil who can help me.
Many thanks

Find the dpf differential pressure sensor, and check both the small pipes are clear, and not split.

Check the sensor for condensate ingress, also check the 5V & ground are OK, you should also get close to 5V on the signal wire with the sensor disconnected and the ignition on. Does the value change with the sensor disconnected?

Ok thanks I can check that, do you know what wire colours to pin out with the dvm

Sorted !! Rooky error, the hi and ref lines were connected around the wrong way coming off the dpf.
Hi was connected to connector furthest away and ref was connected pre dpf.....this was the wrong way around.
Hi goes pre dpf and ref post dpf....well all fixed now
