90 Reversing Light Switch

Hi All,

From searching, i'm aware this one has been done to death however a little help would be much appreciated

1993 300tdi. No 12v at the reversing light, so I have popped the centre seat out, lifted the lid and looked for the switch as has been advised in other threads here, however unless I am missing something, it doesn't seem to have one !!!

If anybody could take a look at my crappy photos (apologies), it would be much appreciated !

I also have an ex-mod and need to sort the reverse light out on mine. Mine had no reverse switch, but I've since added one. Busters photo tour is a great resource and he has an article on the reverse switch http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f41/reverse-light-switch-renewal-63810.html . Looking from inside the cab with the cover removed, the switch is left of centre.

your reverse switch on lhs of gearbox is visible in second picture has the green wires on which are then tied at rear of box

Do you know if there is a bare terminal at the switch I could get a multimeter to?

there isnt just pull the connectors apart a little about 8 inches from switch

Thanks for the advise all, turns out I do have 12v at the rear light, just a dodgy loose connection.
